We’re in this together.

Welcome to the VILLAGE.

About

Hi! My name is Michelle.

My name is Michelle Endvick and I am blessed to be a family child care provider. I began my journey in 2016 and have never looked back. Since starting, I have had the opportunity to raise my girls while providing for our family and not missing any of those milestone moments. I have been trusted by many families to care for their littles and be their home away from home.

Prior to providing care for littles, I was a public school teacher and knew the support of others. As the years went on in child care, I realized I missed the connection and support with others who do what I do. I was able to connect some in trainings and in online groups, but I was left with the feeling of wanting more which is why I decided to start up a provider meetup in 2022. Through advocacy and connections within the community, I have been blessed to grow this vision into what is now Chippewa Valley VILLAGE!

It is my wish that all child care providers know they are not alone and they have a safe place to connect with each other. We provide an invaluable service to our families, communities, and society as a whole. Those of us who provide care within our homes can feel isolated, so this group offers a chance to get out once a month.

The business of child care and developmental research is always changing, so this group offers a way to stay up to date, bring your questions, and be a sounding board. Some do not know where to turn or have a fear of something new, so this group is meant to be a resource for the community for those interested in becoming a child care provider.

It takes a village to raise a child.

Let's connect Chippewa Valley providers and make our own VILLAGE!
